@jim6700 , Obama never said he's above the Supreme Court, but he does have the right to criticize it; just as every Republican president criticized Roe v. Wade since it was passed.

Reagan, Clinton and the younger Bush all criticized their predecessors during their first State of the Union speechees. Reagan said it was important to point out what shape the country was in and why (according to him) when he took office. That's the same tact Obama took. I guess Republicans don't like being reminded that they're not actually fiscally responsible as they claim. Reagan tripled the national debt. "W" turned a surplus into a deficit. That's a fact.
