  1. Some trans people turn from women into men with a full beard and everything. Imagine a dude like that going into the women's restroom because the law requires it. That's insane. Besides, who is going to enforce this, and how? Bathroom cops checking IDs and full body frisks? These laws are a "solution" in search of a problem. If someone wants to creep on women they'll just sneak into the bathroom--and we already have laws to address that.
