  2.  @billyzee261  A few anecdotal examples prove NOTHING compared to more than 100 years of scientific evidence. Pasteurization saves lives, and so do vaccines. Take a look at the history of polio, smallpox and other terrible diseases that people no longer have to suffer through----and your relatives are benefiting from herd immunity, because the people around them who are vaccinated aren't going to carry and transmit the disease.
