  1. If there's a creepy dude lingering at the park, an adult can just walk up and talk to them. Just a casual conversation. If the guy is a creeper, any sort of contact will probably scare him off. The odds of something happening at a park, with parents around, is incredibly low. Are they going to ban priests, teachers and babysitters from the parks too?
