  2. charlie wired It is not the "end of story." She never should've been in there to begin with. A traffic stop should result in a ticket----THAT should be the end of story. She had a right to smoke a cigarette in her own damn car.  It's certainly possible she killed herself----but if the police are going to make that claim and say she was suicidal, then they shouldn't have given her anything she could use to kill herself and should've checked on her more frequently----which is standard procedure in any jail.
