  1. NATO members agreed ---- in 2014 ---- that they would all get their military spending levels up to 2 percent within 10 years. Trump claims the spending increases are because of him. What a load of crap. Once again Trump is claiming credit for something he had NOTHING to do with and LYING about it.

Yes, European nations care more about taking care of their citizens, rather than lobbyists and weapons contracts like here in the U.S. We spend billions on weapons that our own military says it doesn't need (like tanks or planes that don't fly). It's no wonder Europeans rank their governments more favorably than people in the U.S.
