  1. That only started yesterday, and it's not all public transport, only rail lines that run cross cities north to south. Taiwan's requirements for masks: - when visiting clinics and hospitals - if coughing or having fever - had been overseas this year - had been in contact with someone who was confirmed - suspected cases and recovered discharged from hospital ( high risks who are permitted to roam free after being tested negative ) I'm still not buying and wearing masks, as part of an effort to make sure our medical staff have enough. I'm still taking public transport everywhere. But I'm in the south where locally-infected so far had been zero. That's including family members of those confirmed to had been infected overseas.

  2. Singapore, like Germany, South Korea, and Taiwan, is tracing virus's breadcrumbs. Knowing where viruses are is more effective than lockdown. It's not necessary to lockdown the whole country paralyzing entire society, when those at risks of being infected are already quarantined and community spread clusters affecting a few dozens can be located fast enough. Lockdown is a sign of giving up. Singapore is far from it. Unfortunately, China did the dumbest thing and bragged to the world that it works.

  3. Sun bird We can buy 9 for an adult 10 for a child per 2 weeks. Just order online and pick it up at convenient stores. We are now ready to help other nations with medical resources. But I’m going to repeat it again, I’m in a city with zero locally infected. Zero, in a city of 2.7mil. Why should I be wasting resources when I hadn’t left Taiwan this year and I am not sick?

  4.  @geneloh  Wuhan Virus can transmit while carriers aren't showing symptoms. But SARS transmits only after carriers are having severe coughs.
