  2. Only 20% workforce went back. CCP requires everyone to wear masks and most can’t even get them. Foxconn’s founder has to built mask-manufacturing plants in Japan just so its workers can go back to work. His plants should be up and running producing 2million a day by end of Feb.

Meaning, virus had localized, and infecting people with no connection to China. Is it spreading like wildfire, like in China? No. Why? Because Singapore has a habit of being clean. Decades of work in improving public hygiene is paying off.
