  1. “Don’t let perfection be the enemy of good” is probably the biggest issue with addressing homelessness in California. They are to busy trying to build $16,000 to $130,000 little home shelters rather than make more shelter space. They want to treat the homeless too well that they do not do much to help them. The video was great overall too. Really discussed all the issues

  2.  @RT804  oh man, right winger at work here. It’s not politicians fault for nimby — it’s the people who vote in the politicians and then show up to stop any construction. And the politicians aren’t “too busy with trans rights”. That’s a small part of what they do and civil rights are important, except to a|t r1ght.

  3. Russia will not survive sanctions in the long run. Their government has already said there are issues. Their keeping their economy afloat by spending $100 billion a year on a war and using their currency reserves to prop up the ruble. They will run out of currency reserves in 3-4 years at this pace. Their own reported budget deficit for Jan-Mar this year $30B, which would be $120B a year at this pace. That’s the equivalent of $1.5 trillion yearly budge deficit for the US. Could the US do that for 4 years?

  4. Russia doesn’t have a strong manufacturing base. They have natural resource base. And they are being forced to sell it for less than they would get otherwise. And industries that aren’t natural resource are suffering now
