  1. Lots of flaws in this one, at least towards the end. At the end it mentions how the global trade has made income inequality worse and seemed to suggest (by adding no further context) that things are getting worse. And yet, global extreme poverty fell form 45% in 1980 to 10% today. We’ve also seen many former poor countries move into solid middle income and even upper income. Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, HK Singapore, etc were Poor 50 years ago and now wealthy nations. We have many examples of dirt poor counties moving Into solid middle income like china, chile, Panama, and many more

  2.  @paulihuhtinen1821  yes, I know that. What’s the relevance? Is it not true global extreme poverty dropped from 45% to 10%? Is it not true that many nations went from poor to middle income or even upper income since ww2?
