  1. If he didn’t inform them he was going to do them so they could say Yes or No then they should not be responsible for paying. That’s like going to the store and having to pay for someone else’s grocery’s along with your own and have no say in the matter. Yea you went to the store and yes you stood in line with someone else, you put your food on the belt behind them only to when it came to pay you pay for their bill as well as yours.
