  2. Making a deal with the Devil means the prosecutor thinks she had a bigger hand in all this but can’t prove it. With her testimony though he can get the one who struck the first blow and possibly killed her. I just don’t understand why he couldn’t have said 10 years instead of 3? 10 years is still less than life in prison.
