If a guy was wearing a Speedo and a women walked behind him and goosed him, was he asking for it? I know a guy who was wearing a kilt on saint Patrick’s Day in a bar. A women walked up to him and lifted his kilt, exposing him to the bar. He didn’t know this women and he went into shock. He didn’t know what to do. He also will not wear his kilt again.   2. - let’s put it another way that most people can relate to. Is it okay to snap a females bra? She is wearing one does that mean she wants it to be snapped? Most people learn around Middle school age that it is not. You keep your hands to yourself. That’s all this is too.
