  1. The cop that shot him should be under investigation. His partner is not guilty of shooting or killing him. Just because you happen to be partnered up together one night doesn’t make you guilty of the crime of murder. The man resisted, grabbed the officers taser and ran. He was shot in the back over a non-lethal weapon. In other words the cop used lethal force cause his suspect had a weapon that he knew to be non- lethal. Why? Because I feared for my life is not good enough here. He should have given chase, they knew who he was. They could have picked him up later on if he got away. That’s the crime the 1 officer should face but not both.
