  1. I can understand the finding. Both were at fault. However, the cop should have been placed on administrative leave for speeding in a govt. vehicle. If we cannot expect the cops to follow the rules then how can we accept and pay the fines they issue. If the officer applies for a line of duty injury compensation at any time for this accident, it should be denied.
