  1. If he had probable cause why not arrest! I understand you want to spare the child but if you don’t then later on you will not be dealing with 1 child but 2 or 3 or 5.

  2.  @zammmerjammer  - I understand that. I also know that when the child has the ability to confront their abuser they can heal. The only problem here is, did the cops have enough to convict. That’s the big thing. If I child sees that their abuser goes free, it can be worse then the abuse, mentally.
