The fights on the floor between politicians has happened numerous times. It is usually one one one. Sometimes more but they didn’t plan them (such as carry guns and ropes for the sole purpose killing someone they didn’t like - that would be premeditated murder) They were heat of the moment situations. The group from the 50’s I have never heard of. That was interesting. However, the group today of people who stormed congress is still unique. They were not let in, they did not go to the visitors gallery, they destroyed windows and doors, broke into offices to get restricted paperwork, stole government property got into restricted areas in order to overturn an election. Their agenda was to force the American people into letting them have their way without a say. They threw a temper tantrum because the person they liked lost. The person they liked said he lost because outside forces cheated. He had no proof but for being the president. That’s like saying: Parent: Put your dog down cause it bit my child! The dog owner: Your child tried to light it on fire, to get them to stop, fought back and your child got bit. Parent: so what, my child can do what they want with such a dangerous animal. Totally ignoring the real reason. The crowd ignored the real reason, The American People voted him out of office.
