  1. My parked car got sideswiped. There was a witness and cops were called. The cops did not pursue cause they said the owner had the car at the garage for a week according to paperwork provided by the dealership. Later I come to relise (but not the cops) that it was the dealerships driver that hit my car. Cops refused to take a report.
