  1. I would buy it! I. Ever park my car inside anyway. The garage is my work space. But if I needed to use it for my car all I would have to do is pour cement to fill in the gap. I would still use the old driveway area for 2nd car and guests. Or for basketball, build a smash wall for tennis. But I do have questions about how the rest of the house is. One mistake may be the sign of others, the builders may not have followed the plans.

  2. I wonder if this makes the price of the house go down or up? I don’t park my car in the driveway anyway. I would use it as a workshop, game room.
