  4. Kevin Johnson - no, the word of God is perfect but once Man wrote it down those words became imperfect. Why, because then they became edited, they became debated, translations changed their meaning. The commandment that says “Thou shalt not Kill.” Is a interpretation from the original - the Jewish Torra (not sure how that is spelled) translated from the original tablets it said “Thou shalt not kill other Jews”. Christ and the Apostles all were Jewish and would have lived with that interpretation. It was not till a century or 3 later that it slowly got changed. How, because Jesus said that our covenant with the Old Testament was at an end with him being the Messiah. This is why Catholics/Christians have the New Testaments. How to spread the word to the Masses? Change their old holidays into things that fit with the New Testament. This may sound like I’m Jaded. I’m not. I may not like the people who run the religion but I do believe in God and that Jesus being the Messiah who Died for our Sins. His Birth may not have been in December but that doesn’t matter to me. What matters is that we remember him and what he did for us.
