None of this is new news. He always said there was a fight, she gave as good as she got. RW had marks on him too that lead police to believe NW was an abusive person too. The question is did RW push her in knowing she couldn’t swim? They can’t prove it one way or the other. So the police parade this out again in hopes that someone who was there will come forward with a definitive answer. Someone who wants to clear their soul before they die. I think this is more about the police clearing this case then justice at this point in time.

The Verbally Abusive Clown - I know right. She heard the fight and then heard the splash and her calling out. Leads me to believe she was on deck of her boat and still did nothing like jump in to save her, throw a life ring or call/go for police help. Since it was night time, looks like she just went to bed.
