This is the danger of cell phones. The 911 system cannot automatically bring up your address. Always have a land line. This guy heard what was happening, he didn’t have to follow his questions, what he needed was an address and he is not trained to hear past the panic to make out the address. I have to say I had a hard time hearing it too if the captions were not up. This is a case where digital is not better then analog.
