Unfortunately there is usually little to no evidence in a Rape trial. It is a crime of power, emotions. He physically over powered them and he emotionally destroyed them to get what he wanted. And it worked. No one helped them, even though people knew what he was doing. His position of power kept everyone silent. It’s called emotional blackmail.

Kristian Levey - thats only if the female has Not taken a shower or done something that could contaminate the Semen/DNA before it can be collected at a hospital by a rape trama expert. Eve dance has to follow a very specific chain of evidence now or it can’t be used in court. That’s if the guy didn’t wear a condom. If he did there would be no evidence. Then you have the women who don’t report it till days later and washed the evidence away. So again the trial can still continue and you may still get a conviction without evidence. It hard but it has happened. Mostly by what is happening here. Multiple women coming forward and saying it happened to them too by this guy. It shows his pattern, his personality, his hunting M.O.. It will boil down to the instructions the judge gives the jury. It could be as simple as - if you believe he abused his position to force women to sleep with him then you should/must find him guilty, if not then Not Guilty. Or It could be has the prosecution proven that he threatened the woman and she was in fear for her life then you must/should find him guilty or Not Guilty. We don’t know what the instructions will be in these types of cases so it is hard to tell.
