I feel for him. My father died in a house fire. The news used that footage for months in their promo. My Mom sued them to take it down. She won. However, 30 years later, the news is using it again. Mom has died and it seems that’s what they were waiting for. I no longer live in the state so I can’t sue. I tell my siblings to but they can’t. They just can’t bare to watch it again in court to say stop. So now they just close their eyes till the commercial is over.
