  1. Yeah I would think it would be a better use of their money to just put in some nice porta potties around the streets. we need more public restrooms anyway when it comes to cities. Even non homeless people walking around and site seeing need a place to shit and shouldn't have to only do it in a restaurant or somewhere where they're buying something. Just make some nice restrooms and pay a normal minimum wage for workers to clean it. Why 6 figures? Like wtf?
