  2. 5:40 a lot of those studies are funded by food companies in the industry which is why they proclaimed the results they did. Animal products are still overall bad for you when whole foods plant foods always end up being pretty good for you in place of any animal product unless you have a certain allergy or other issue w/certain foods. Butter is still not good for you, neither is red meat or eggs which contain tons of cholesterol. The benefits don't outweigh the bad when it comes to animal products, especially the more processed they are. I'm getting myself back on only plant foods again after treating my own body like shit for the last year.
