  2. Yeah, I've noticed increasingly over the last year or so Amazon likes to pimp the Kindle versions of books first and entices me to buy w/just one click.

  4. That's a fair problem, as I have had the same problem too, but I will say the two books I've bought from him are pretty slim and don't take much time at all to read from cover to cover.
