  4.  @juliekitching9033  Well for the Tory’s Thatcher was the ultimate people’s champion. She strangled the Union’s, depleted the housing stock , tore apart the social cohesion of communities. Created a ‘yuppie’ style replacement, which was a dream come true for the youth of the time, until it collapsed. Mmm, they don’t speak of those facts. As for Labour well, they don’t seem capable of seeing further back than Blair. At the moment all parties Claim to be for the people, but as with Labour appears to be proving, talk is cheap.

  6. It’s ridiculous to blame whoever chose to vote Labour. No crystal ball could have known Starmer’s first move. Before the election he was being labelled a weakling, so he’s come out flexing his ‘muscle’. With his fingers up. He’s the bull in the China shop and he knows, there’s sod all our people can do about it.
