i already said this once... for people to flag a video they have to pay 5 dollars. and if they lose the dispute they lose the the money and it goes to the creator. youtube should still play ads on the video and give that money to whoever wins. repeat offenders would have it increased to 10 percent of the ad revenue. most of these fake flags are from other youtubers that got their feelings hurt.
