They failed to solve the bosnian genocide,the rwandan genocide,Al Qaeda expanding to North Africa,Armenia-Azerbaijan war,Iranian revolution,Palestine crisis or any other serious diplomatic and humanitarian crisis. Just look at Russia threathening Ukraine right now,you can bet that Western 'diplomacy' does nothing to dissuade Putin from sending 50 thousand conscripts to the Dnieper
