  3. Can't wait for the next video about how terrible it is that white people are gentrifying urban areas and making life unaffordable for blacks by pushing up real estate values. Just another one of the joys of multicultural societies.

  4.  @lakelurker08  Well they don't like white flight out of urban areas, because that reduces property values. And they don't like when white people want to keep to themselves. And then they really hate it when white people move into their areas and gentrify it, which raises property values. Just seems like the deck is a little stacked.
