Why would you want to find processed foods at all? They're destroying our health.

@somecat22 No they're not. Chronic illness and obesity has been on the rise in Asia alongside the increased use of seed oils. Historic soy consumption has nothing to do with the highly processed GMO soy products people are eating now.

@somecat22 What did I say that was untrue? Of course eating meat won't protect people that are poisoning themselves with rancid seed oils and phytotoxins.

Wrong. Animals are fed the parts of the plant that humans don't eat.

TED rarely gets anything right. No surprise there.

TED is a soyboy factory. They can't get enough of the stuff.

Imagine how many people we could poison if we ate more highly processed seed oils. How lovely.

Seed oils like soybean oil are easily oxidized and known to cause serious chronic illness. I encourage all vegans to eat as much of it as possible.

Animals eat the parts of the plant that humans don't eat. It's humans that are being wasteful by producing junk agriculture products, which are inedible and toxic to humans.

@skulluxe1 I don't disagree with that, although freezing food is a pretty mild alteration. Obviously, anyone with a brain knows that HIGHLY processed food is what we are referring to. This includes all vegetable oil and basically every soy product on the market.

Soy is NOT healthy. Seed oils oxidize very easily and cause innumerable chronic illnesses. TED fumbles yet again.
1
Definitely a correlation between seed oil consumption and chronic illnesses across the board.

That makes no sense, Tony. Humans don't eat the parts we feed to animals. If everyone was vegan, we wouldn't need food at all because fertility rates would plummet.
