@Sunflowersarepretty No one has ever denied that the climate changes over time. We are on a ball of molten rock traveling millions of miles per hour through space, with a star that constantly varies in distance and output. Of course the climate will always change. We simply deny that humans have anything to do with this process.

No molecule has ever been more unfairly maligned than CO2. It comprises less than .05% of the atmosphere, yet is absolutely essential for our existence. Shame on TED for promoting this fear based, anti-scientific climate agenda.

CO2 had nothing to do with the dinosaur extinction or the cyclical ice ages that have devastated life on this planet. The idea of man-made global warming is a scam to get you to pay more carbon taxes and give up more freedoms. In the seventies, the same 'experts' were fearmongering about global cooling, so stop being so gullible. You think TED is merely here to educate people out of the kindness of their hearts? 😂 Everyone has an agenda, and that animation isn't cheap. Someone is paying for these videos because they expect a return on their investment.

@F1L1P1N0_CH3EZEEE I'm mostly referring to this video, which is basically a repeat of another TED video from 4 years ago called 'The Importance of Discovery' by the same author Sean Gulick. You'll notice that there wasn't a single mention of CO2 in his first video, so that should tell you something. TED probably told Sean, 'Hey, we'd love to animate your presentation, but we're going to need you to incorporate some climate change propaganda, so that in the minds of gullible viewers, the extinction of the dinosaurs will somehow seem related to CO2.' And Sean, being an academic in the most liberal city in Texas, said 'Of course, I'd love to help brainwash the next generation, while simultaneously virtue signaling to my liberal friends and gaining more notoriety in case I need to sell some books or apply for more government research grants.'
