  4. Romney successfully painted himself as "like Obama, but sh*ttier," so I didn't vote for him in 2012. I voted against Hillary in 2016. Trump was a roll of the dice, a "maybe" is always better than a flat no for shaking up the status quo. The Democrats have spent the last four years learning absolutely nothing, so I'll be voting to prove Trump wasn't the fluke they desperately want him to be. The alternative is the corrupt establishment giving rise to the man actually as bad as they always claimed Trump was. When both sides of the aisle are in complete agreement with the premise "the system is irredeemably corrupt and must be purged," that's not a great place to be.
