@chrisconnor7934 definition of a thief is questionable to a government official and what happens is if you got it wrong or the man truly repents you’ve severed part of his body off he can’t get back. Human body should never be mutilated for punishment only destroyed completely. A thief can repair you with work from his hands and you’d take take for something replaceable????!?
