  1. The RBA follows the same script as all the other central banks so I think it is a coordinated effort. The 1.5% is the lowest ever and the RBA said they are worried about inflation getting too low which is a joke in my opinion. I read Glenn Stevens' (Governor of the RBA) wiki page and it says he accepted a position as a visiting scholar in 1990 at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco so that should tell you a lot.
