The many U.S. desperate attempts to block sales of tech equipment to China are simply stopgap measures as they knew in their heart that China, with its million plus STEM graduates each year, will surely overcome all technological hurdles thrown at it. To be fair, all Chinese should thank the U.S. for all the embargoes that contributed to china's determination to become self-sufficient in everything it needs for its own economic developments.
