  1. The one that wiped out the Dinosaurs was way bigger than that. Like shooting an elephant with a peashooter. It’s got to be a really large explosive to move an Asteroid more than a Kilometre in Diameter.

Do the math calculations, an Asteroid with a mass of over 2 kilometres is going to have a massive reaction on a small rocket carrying even the largest Nuclear Device.
