The speech that challenged Republicans. Do we have the right to overthrow our government? The Declaration of Independence says that we not only have the right but we also have the duty to alter or abolish any government that does not secure our unalienable rights, including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Given that the U.S. was formed by settlers who threw off British government rule, there is also an historic precedent for overthrowing the government. America’s founding below, explains that the message of the Declaration of Independence is that we – as a free people – have the right to stand up to an oppressive government. This was – and in many cases still is – a radical idea. But it is based on the philosophy that people have rights that no government can grant or deny. According to John Locke, the fountainhead of this philosophy: There is no difference between an unjust government and a thief. Just like we are right to fight off a thief, we are right to fight off an oppressive government. Time to Act America. Biden has given America a challenge to change his government, are Americans up to it. You were given the Second Amendment for a reason.

The 2nd Amendment wasn’t their to protect Joe Biden, It’s so that you can secure your inalienable rights, from a tyrannical government like Biden’s.

Diane M No just reminding you your Constitution gives you that right. Do you really believe the 2nd Amendments was to put food on the table? It’s so that you can secure your inalienable rights, from a tyrannical government like Biden’s, wake up and read your Constitution before you give up all your rights. I am saying what is within the bounds of the Constitution, that’s not a Crime, Ask the Supreme Court.

Time to hold your right hand up and swear to defend the 2nd Amendment and your Constitution. The gun laws was not their to put food on the table. It’s so that you can secure your inalienable rights, from a tyrannical government, Biden is now on shaky ground, and the Constitution can’t protect him.
