Telus promises 25 Gbps for it ZTZ wifi router, which was fine to start with in a Rural Community, over the last couple of years Telus has oversold that WIFI system in small communities, we barley get 12mbps. I have dumped Telus and decided to go with Star Link, as the offer the best speeds. So far not had any problems and get over 200 Mbps, and that living in a small rural town in the interior of BC. Canadian companies need to smarten up, no competition in Canada.

The interconnectedness of the Internet – while immeasurably beneficial to society – is at risk of cascading into disaster, both digitally and in the real world. Complexity, interconnectedness a recipe for disaster According to Zurich, the internet is the most complex system humanity has ever devised – “and our track record of successfully managing complex systems is far from perfect,” it said. “The internet is highly interconnected and tightly coupled with society, meaning that (as in other such systems) a small failure or series of them in one place can cascade, producing an outsized impact elsewhere.” As an example, should a major cloud service crash or be destroyed, the effects of such a failure would cascade to all systems and businesses dependent on it. It’s a disaster waiting to happen, and the Russians and China know it.
