Do we really need to catch up china, we can never have rhat level of growth, china have complete control over all factir of production - land, labour,capital, entrepreneurs, in India to even pass one reform bill require govt to face onslaught of activism, road block, election compulsion, media etch etc, we simply can never build our economy lile China, we just need stable economy rather than very booming economy, given ur political and election compulsion
