Congress dilemma sg is they think people want to vote for them. They only get odd win here and their if bjp or regional party in power really mess things up, as it happened in karnataka and telangana in loksabha too bjp shoody poll management cost them big time in up and maharashtra which benefitted them, their is reason they never repeat their any state govt after 5 years, due to them being defacto opposition in many states and nationally they sometime benefit from anti incumbency vote, nobody really want to vote for them barring "M" they also vote for congress due to their anti bjp sentiment
