  1. Actually, not echoey at all! But remember, when you film, the industrial AC machines will be too loud. I know because I film. In Hollywood. But if you have a need and you'll only need AC some of the time. I suggest renting a machine and putting temporary AC ducts in. And a portable AC unit for your office. But, up to you. I want you to succeed and last for as long as you want to. A long time. Good for you. Congrats.

  2. I had a place near me like this. Wish he was as nice as you. Charged $35 per for two post. $25 for jack and stands. Included all tools with their outlines drawn on the shelves. And all lubricants/Expendables. You should check out your locals as well to see and get recon without letting them know. But remember this is CA. Expensive. They raised prices $5 in the years since I last visited.
