EXCELLENT excellent point and advice. As if the catalog isn't already difficult to understand enough with the tiny hand drawings made. What's the fair amount of shop hours to charge a customer for all that diag time? You said weeks?! So two hours? One? What's fair to you and also to the customer.. hard call.
