  2. actual problem of the moment: Pharmaceutical companies without restrictions ask ridiculous expensive prices..and certain medical insurance companies are OBLIGED to buy them (or not , and leave the patients to ..rot)..and the government/taxpayer HAS to fund it...or not.. Different countries, different solutions.
