I briefly googled 'Pune city' and it looks really interesting! From what I read it sounds amazing.
My first name is Chiu Yen. I was planning to publish a video about 'where I'm from' soon on my main channel, as many people have asked me but it's a bit complicated to explain. Stay tuned for that one!
Solopreneur is an entrepreneur who works by himself and does the tasks by himself without any employees or co-founders (but he might higher freelancers or outsource work). 'Entrepreneurship' is more of a general concept of having an idea, and combining resources to produce services/products. The size is not important, but rather the quality of entrepreneurship, the ability to bring things into being from nothing into something.
You can start with any kind of product or service that you can think of.
The advantages of being a solopreneur is a high degree of flexibility, speed and freedom in decision making, and practicality, as it's a very small business. The downsides are limited scales, capacity., and relying on yourself for everything. Personally, I like this model because it allows for more work-life balance.
Entrepreneurs with employees/co-founders/partners have the advantage of tapping into skills and capabilities of others, being able to scale, having larger capacity for growth.
There is a very interesting book called 'small giants. These are companies with around 50-100+ employees that stay small on purpose. Reasons are among others are better work dynamic/relations between employees, faster problem solving, and better quality control, especially for customized or handcrafted products.
I hope that helped!

Thanks for your questions!
- When you're feeling depressed everything feels ten times, if not a hundred times more difficult. In this case, you need to build yourself up by achieving small, even tiny wins. If you have a big goal, break it down into subgoals Then, take the first step and break it down into ridiculously small steps. E.g. if the goal is to 'move to a different company', this smallest step could be: buy a notebook, or open a google doc/folder and name it 'move companies'. Get a dedicated scheduler/planner and jot down similar tiny goals (as many as 10-100), 1 for each day, leading up to your first subgoal. Having a dedicated notebook/digital document for that purpose will make you feel that the goal is something very important. Make each step for every day so small that there's no way you won't achieve it. The size of that step will seem ridiculous at first, but by making sure you nail them, you will achieve small wins and feel good about yourself and your situation. The idea is to make small but continuous progress toward your goal so you feel that the situation is improving. I hope it works for you and let me know how it goes! Here I'm assuming you're feeling depressed, not depressed in a clinical sense in which case it's best to get professional help. I am a career coach but not a counsellor/therapist, so this advice is from a career/personal development perspective.
- Yes it can! Here the other areas come into play. If your health is good and your finances relatively in order, then you can pursue a career that you really want, that is meaningful and brings fulfillment. The price for that is exactly exhaustion and risk at times. As long as the risk is calculated (you can deal with the outcome and face it) and the exhaustion is not extreme (doesn't lead to burnout), it can certainly bring balance into your life. The main reason for that is that you are not denying yourself of the pursuit of happiness and meaning, but you find 'balance' knowing that you are putting in a fair amount of effort to make your life more fulfilling.
