It's the same motive as with other dictators. They need to create "foreign enemies" all around so that they can justify the police state, little freedoms and poor economy performance of their country. With their inner propaganda they create the all-the-world-plots-against-Russians feeling in their people, so that Putin can stand up as the saviour. The ability of most of the Russian people to believe obvious lies is astounding.

@johnnytiger7580 You lie in the same manner your state authorities lie all the time. In the prime minister's speech there is nothing like "reasonable suspicion", as you falsely claim. He said "on the basis of UNAMBIGUOUS evidence" (in Czech "na základě JEDNOZNAČNÝCH důkazů"). By the way, why do you call yourself "Johnny Tiger" when you are a russian troll?

That's all really great, only that Russia still outnumber Ukraine 6:1. For every 6 shells/rockets coming from the enemy Ukrainians can only answer with 1. That's why Russia is still advancing. Slowly, with difficulties, but it does. Supplies of artillery units and rockets launchers for Ukraine need to be drastically increased until some critical level. Otherwise all the help finally comes in vain. Who else the NATO countries need to defend themselves from now other than Russia? While engaged in Ukraine, Russia is not a threat for others. They should reach deeper into their warehouses and send to Ukraine much more.. even though their own safety could drop for a couple of months from 100% to 80%, let's say. There is really a lot in stake, this time. It's not just about Ukraine..
