  1. The dude plays the piano, the piano is un-tuned after decades of sitting there. He says it’s in terrible condition. NO IT’S NOT! TUNE IT! He didn’t even open the lid, if I remember correctly. Worst case scenario, if the wood isn’t rotten, which it doesn’t look, is having to replace some felt, some strings, maybe a hammer or two.. but to my ear it just sounds like it needed tuning.
