  1. It doesn't matter WHO touched the gun!!!!! EVERY single person who touches it, should act as if it is loaded with a live round. Even if he / she JUST saw another person do so! EDIT: Baldwin is 100,000,000,000,000,000% responsible! He did not follow proper gun safety procedure REGARDLESS of who had it prior or if it was checked prior!
