@Dispatcher ... I was a plumber for my entire career. There was MANY times, that thieves would enter a construction yard at night and and cut ALL of the electrical wiring (this is ALL copper material within the sheathing) and also cut out all of the copper water piping. This means, that there is going to be a MASSIVE pile of very small sections of copper plumbing pipe and wire, because it is all fitted in place and there are 16" gaps between the structural studs in the framing of walls. So, thieves would bring this pile of BRAND NEW super-shiny sub-two foot sections of plumbing pipe and maybe several foot length BRAND NEW electrical wiring as well. Took a while, but since this costs many thousands of $$$ to repair, the city finally started sending police to scrap yards and finding HUGE piles of this new wire and plumbing that was sold to the scrap guy. Since it was obviously all BRAND NEW material, it was only reasonable to conclude it was stolen. The city began putting pressure on the junk dealers that if such material was found, THEY would be prosecuted.
.
The exact same thing happens to auto parts scrap yard, for those who strip cars and sell them the materials. This is admittedly a little unfair to the scrap people, but when someone comes in with a whole car, with good paint all cut into pieces, theft is a VERY, VERY reasonable conclusion to make.

@NwoDispatcher ... wait... did I say "hot"? Apparently I did... lol. Yes, "hot" refers to stolen. There is BIG money in clean copper, at least there was at the time some 25 years ago, so people would go into entire home development areas and strip them of electrical wire and plumbing materials for probably a $200. The cost to have the contractors come BACK and replace it all again, is often many, many thousands of $$$. The time it takes to cut it all out vs. the time it takes to measure, cut and assemble again is light years apart.
.
In contrast, when my guys cut out old copper lines for replacement, upgrades and such, we had a large steel can in which a scrap guy would come by and buy it from us then take it to a recycle place and sell it to them. We would have at solid 2 hundred lbs. of copper, aluminum that was "dirty", so not nearly as valuable, and would get like $50 for that barrel. When those scrap dealers get a huge load of BRAND NEW copper / aluminum scrap, it is very obvious that it was 99% likely to be stolen or "hot" .. lol 🐈⬛

@mustlovedragons8047 ... Not sure who you are referring to here, but his is not only normal, but a good thing! If I am a creator and apply the "❤" to a comment, it is because I appreciated it WHEN I READ IT. If you come back and CHANGE that comment, you are now changing what it said and I may no longer like it. I learned this many years ago, when I had a comment like this and I edited it to correct a spelling error and when saved, the ❤was gone. I even tried to re-edit BACK to how it was, but never returned. This is to protect the creator from "possibly" providing this special like, only but maybe that person COMPLETELY changes what was said. Those who come later, may see a ❤on a comment that might be nothing like what was read by that creator.
.
I get this and makes purrfect sense, so I support YouTube's reasoning for removing the ❤with ANY edits to the post.
PS> I have always remembered that little feature and when I DO edit my comment, I refresh the page just prior, in case it the creator DID give it a ❤. If so, I will not edit it again, unless it was a BIG error on my part and not worthy of creator's appreciation.
